Carnival Cruises Unveiled the second ship in their Vista-Class - the Carnival Horizon in NYC (New York City). The Carnival Horizon was delivered from Italy's Fincantieri Shipyard in April, 2018 and conducted 4 European sailings before heading to New York.
The impressive 1,060 foot long, 133,500 ton ship has a number of unique features including the Skyride bicycling track high above the ship's deck, exercise equipment on deck, min golf, basketball and much more. The ship features countless eateries and bars. On board there is something for everyone.
In New York, the ship was officially named by Queen Latifah and a new specialty eatery - the Pig & Anchor featuring the cuisine of Guy Feiri.
The Carnival Horizon will offer alternating 5 and 8 day cruises from New York to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and Bermuda (Depending on the itinerary).
On September 22nd, the Carnival Horizon will relocate to Miami for the fall and winter cruises.
