Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Spirit in Cold Lay up in Norfolk, Va. In an interesting move, Norwegian Cruise Line's 3 ships in cold layup in Norfolk, Virginia all headed out to sea on the morning of June 5th. The Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Encore and Norwegian Spirit's departure is mechanical  in nature  intending to exercise the ship's engines,  desalinization plants, generate fresh water, generate power, test navigational equipment and more.
