Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Escape repatriated crew home to the Philippines. The ship has been in Manila harbor for months but is now on the move to Singapore - it is unclear whether she has a full crew as she heads west.

The Norwegian Escape is expected to arrive in Singapore on August 21. Singapore has substantial facilities for ship repair and renovation so it is unclear if the call is to refuel, enter drydock or just to remain local for Asia cruises.

The Norwegian Escape was a fixture in the New York to Bermuda Cruise circuit in 2019, calling weekly during the spring / summer / fall, to the island nation. In addition, the Norwegian Escape conducted cruises to New England and Canada as well as Florida and the Bahamas.

Stay tuned to NYCruiseInfo to find out what's next for the Norwegian Escape.
