Cunard Line' Queen Mary 2 will sail an altered itinerary in Asia. Cunard Line Queen Mary 2 left New York on January 13, 2020 as part of a 113 day World Cruise. The current segment of this cruise is approaching a planned extended stay in Hong Kong. In late January, Cunard Line announced that the call by QM2 to Hong Kong on February 18/19 will be replaced replaced with a stay in Singapore. A statement from the line read: "We are currently looking at the impact of travel restrictions due to Corona virus and our imminent ports of call in China and Hong Kong for Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth world voyages. "We have made the decision to cancel Queen Mary 2 call to Hong Kong on February 18/19 and replace it with Singapore on the same dates. The mid-size Sea Princess was calling at New York as part of a 107 Day around the world cruise which left Auckland, New Zealand on May 10, 2019. The Sea Princess proceeded to make a number of calls in Australia, heading toward Singapore, Sri Lanka, the Middle East (UAE, Dubai. Cunard Line Releases Details on 2021 World Cruise Onboard the Queen Mary 2 Queen Mary 2   Queen Mary 2 will undertake her classic East-West World Voyage in 202 1 to Australia and Asia, which includes the Mediterranean, Arabian Gulf, Indian Ocean and Southern Africa. The World Cruise can be taken as a roundtrip from either New York (113 nights) or London (99 nights). Shorter voyage options range in length from two to 64 nights and can be combined in many ways allowing guests to create the ideal travel experience to the cities of their choice. The beginning of the voyage is routed via South Africa and the Indian Ocean to Australia. From there, Queen Mary 2 will head north to Hong Kong and on to Singapore via Vietnam.
