It appears that both Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line have added an extensive program of 7 day cruises to New England / Canada. In previous years, these cruises were primarily conducted during the Fall season - often marketed as an opportunity to see the exploding fall foliage. The Norwegian Dawn for Norwegian Cruise Line and the Adventure of the Seas for Royal Caribbean have been conducting 1-2 of these cruises per month. A very exciting port of call on these itineraries usually feature Bar Harbor, Maine.  This great historical, shopping and nature intensive port has something for everyone.
