The Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia Invests Heavily in Carnival Corp The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has decided to heavily invest in Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL). The Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia will purchase a staggering 43.5 million shares of the  cruise company giving it an 8.2% stake in Carnival. Reportedly having an limited introduction starting today, the Hotel is expected to be in full swing by October, 2018. At this time, 5 of the ship's expected 13 restaurants will be operation.
